CYRUS JAFFARI

President/ Designated Broker

Cyrus Jaffari has over 15 years of investment real estate expertise which began shortly after graduating from San Diego State University. After earning a degree in Business and Economics, he started his career in sales and later transitioned into investment real estate after his passion for investing flourished.

In the early years of his career he quickly proved his abilities after enduring the Global Financial Crisis and becoming a 3x President’s Club honoree, the highest of accolades for the top 1% of sales producers. It was during this time that Cyrus’s career went into high gear with his role expanding at various publicly traded companies. Over the years, Cyrus started investing into incoming producing real estate and obtained his Real Estate Brokers License in California. He identified target acquisitions, negotiated contracts, provided and oversaw due diligence and managed the closing of these transactions.

In 2024, Cyrus decided to form Jaffari Company, a retail real estate company that provides equity placement along with in-house leasing, management and development services. Under Cyrus's leadership, Jaffari provides expert consultation for its partners, clients, and tenants on their commerical real estate needs.
